About Me
Hello! I'm Daniel, a passionate and detail-oriented software developer with a knack for creating dynamic and user-friendly web and mobile applications. My journey into the world of code began with a simple "Hello, World!" and has since grown into a full-fledged passion for building elegant solutions to complex problems.
I thrive in collaborative environments and am always eager to learn new technologies. I'm driven by a desire to not only write clean and efficient code but also to understand the 'why' behind the features I build.

My Projects

My computer science portfolio is centered on a single project, a slideshow application that I evolved to showcase my full-stack development capabilities. I translated it from Java to a responsive web app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; optimized its performance with advanced data structures and algorithms; and integrated a MongoDB database for data persistence.

I developed a user-friendly Weight Tracker App in Java, featuring secure login, weight history visualization, and optional SMS alerts. This project highlights my skills in mobile UI/UX design, back-end database management, and testing. By following coding best practices, I created a clean, maintainable, and polished application that demonstrates my ability to build a complete product.

Financial Adventures is an interactive educational web app I developed to make financial literacy accessible and engaging for students in grades K-12. Built with HTML and styled using Tailwind CSS, the platform provides a rich learning environment complete with fun games, helpful videos, and easy-to-understand resources.
